Natural History - Seniors
The montane ecosystem is a dynamic ecosystem that transforms in the winter. As the snow falls and the temperatures drop, plants and animals must adapt to survive in harsh conditions. Join us for a moderate 1.5-mile hike as we explore this ecosystem. *Transportation from Boulder is available for non-mountain drivers. Details provided upon registration*

Rebecca K - Volunteer Naturalist
I have lived in Boulder County for 40 years, having come from the south hills of Pittsburgh, PA where I grew up playing in the woods surrounding my home and loved to go caving and hiking. After moving to Colorado, I have been an avid skier, hiker, camper and sometimes fly fisher. I am excited to share my passion for the outdoors and knowledge of the Boulder area with people of all ages.
