I'm a lifelong lover and learner of the outdoors. I grew up in Iowa on the Mississippi River, where boating, fishing, and camping were a huge part of my childhood. After learning about environmental education in high school, I knew this was the field for me. Since then, I've gotten my Masters in Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration and worked across the country in outdoor education and recreational roles. I love the opportunity to connect people to the natural world and inspire change!
