Volunteer Work Projects - Minimum age 12 with accompanying adult
Help us plant approximately 500 ponderosa pine seedlings at Heil Valley Ranch, which was severely burned when the Cal-Wood Fire erupted just north of Boulder in October 2020. Volunteers should be prepared for a day of physically demanding work on steep slopes, doing extensive digging, planting and hauling water to seedlings. Please be sure to pack a good lunch for this project. We will be parking in the Corral trailhead and then transporting everyone in vans to the work site. Volunteers will not be able to come late or leave early on this project. PLEASE NOTE: An online waiver must be filled out for EVERY participant.
