Dave F - Volunteer Naturalist
I am an avid naturalist with an academic background (WAY back background) in ecology. I participate in citizen science projects, work on my native plant landscapes and am an active birder. Love to travel with horses and dogs.
Gaia M - Volunteer Naturalist
I am a lover of plants, a student of native plant gardening, an avid hiker and a retired psychologist. I've spent most of my adult life in Boulder learning this land while working at Counseling & Psychological Services at CU and teaching at CU and Naropa. I look forward to engaging with others in deepening our sense of connection to this awesome place, and in opening our senses to the land and water and plants and critters whose lives we are entangled with.
Harvey N B - Volunteer Naturalist
I grew up in the San Francisco bay area (Marin) and took an early interest in birds, fishing, hiking, and the outdoors. I am a NOLS grad (WRW 1977) and am a certified Wilderness 1st Responder. I traveled east to college, pursued a career in investment banking in NYC, and raised a family in CT. I moved to Boulder in 2016. I am an avid birder and volunteered for BPOS last year collecting data on nesting raptors. I am a passionate fly-fisherman and spend much of my free time in the back country..
Tamar K - Volunteer Naturalist
I love to photograph and identify wildflowers. I enjoy many of the Boulder County parks, but I am most familiar with the Carolyn Holmberg Preserve at Rock Creek Farm.
