  Mud Lake  |  Registration Required

Natural History - Families (Ages 6 & Up)

Let’s get to “snow” winter a little better. What animals might we see in winter when many animals are gone or sleeping? How do the plants and trees survive in the cold and snow? We’ll even dive into information about snow while we have fun and learn ways to stay safe outside in the winter. This program is geared toward children ages 5 to 8, but all are welcome.

Minimum Participants: 5
Maximum Participants: 20

Registration is required for this activity.

Angela B - STAFF

I grew up wandering the wilds of North Western Colorado and was always fascinated with how the world works. I moved to Minnesota for college and studied Biology then got a job in outdoor education in New England, I was hooked. Exploring and sharing outdoors every day was a dream. I moved back to Minnesota for a Naturalist training program and then to Illinois for grad school in Education. I returned to Colorado in 2006 to continue sharing and learning about nature every day!
