Boulder County Parks & Open Space invites you to join our staff for a tour of county agricultural properties on Saturday, Sept. 9. You will experience a small organic table food farm, a cattle grazing operation, and a large-scale commodity farm. You’ll get to put your feet on the ground, meet the farmers, and hear their stories about the challenges and rewards of farming on Boulder County agricultural land. We hope you go home with a better understanding of what’s happening on the land, where your food comes from, and the people who make this all possible. Buses will leave promptly at 9 a.m. Please arrive by 8:45 in order to check-in and board the buses.
