Ranger-led Events - All Ages Welcome
July is the month to celebrate rangers worldwide and all the wonderful work they do for the outdoors. Join a ranger and an outdoor educator for a guided hike at Caribou Ranch to celebrate the ranger in you! Come prepared to hike 1-3 miles. Wear sunscreen and sturdy shoes and bring along water, bug spray, and a hat.

This is my fifth season as a Park Ranger. I am a Wilderness EMT and a Certified Interpretive Guide. Before settling in Colorado, my husband, two cats, and I crisscrossed the country in our van, hiking, climbing, and running through all 50 states—one giant, chaotic adventure. Over the last six years, I’ve logged 11,000 miles of backpacking, plus countless hours scrambling up cliffs, carving through snow, and pounding pavement. Being outside is the best.
