Invasive Tree Removal Series

Join us for the Invasive Tree Removal Series, a hands-on effort to restore the health and biodiversity of our natural areas. Throughout this three-part series, volunteers will tackle two aggressive invaders, Russian Olive and Siberian Elm, both originally introduced for their ornamental and practical value but now problematic due to their rapid spread. By removing these fast-growing species that crowd out native trees like willows and cottonwoods, we’ll help open space ecosystems thrive once again. Whether you join one event or all three, your participation makes a direct impact on the resilience of our natural landscapes.
